Approach & Services

Aristu & Co offers graphic design and creative or artistic direction services, especially for identity and communication projects in the social and cultural sectors. Of course this includes logos, identity systems, posters, covers, packs, books and websites, but also print or audiovisual campaigns, and virtually any visual piece intended to convey a message

In 2005, after more than a decade of experience at leading design studios and advertising agencies —two disciplines that often enrich each other—, Javier Aristu opens his own studio with the goal of striking a good balance between strategy, creativity and design: how to reach the audience, how to do so in a special way and how to transmit the message properly

In 2025, the meaning of ‘& Co’ shifts from representing colleagues, collaborators and clients to referring to companies and agencies with which to work as a freelancer

Client Reviews

‘Direct and solid creative concepts, together with a simple and powerful graphic formalization’
Olga Pérez Estrada
Communication Manager at Barcelona City Council

‘When I think of his work I think of something heavy, solid, profound, resounding, simple, indestructible. It is a very clear sensation, and very unusual. I think of Aristu and somewhere in my head Chillida appears. Also Japan’
Toni Segarra
Founder and Creative General Director of the advertising agency SCPF and the strategic consultancy Alegre Roca

‘Elegance in the manners, in disagreeing and accepting opinions, elegance in the final outcome: a campaign that contributed, no doubt, to exhibition on Stanley Kubrick being the success that was’
Susana Fernández Alonso
Communication Manager at Centre de Cultura Contemporània de Barcelona CCCB
